A minimum of 5-6mm of bone is needed between the alveolar crest and the maxillary sinus floor. |

Prepare implant site up to the Sinus Floor with multiple osteotomes or burs to the φ2.8mm. |

Insert the φ2.8mm straight Implant Sinus Lift Osteotomeuntil it reaches the Sinus Floor.
Secure the Implant Osteotome with a tight finger controlto limit vertical movement.
Small tap to crack the Sinus Floor elevating the SinusFloor and Schneiderian Membrane in “Trap Door Fashion.” All autogenous bone collected using the unique multiplecutting surfaces of the pilot osteotomes will be puashed into the space created between the floor ane the membrane. |

The site is now prepared for inserting a 3.3mm ACE Screw-Type Dental Implant. For larger sized implant sizes and styles additional step and final osteotomes are used. As required, autogenous bone or bone graft mix can be added to the osteotomy.

Placement of the appropriate length and diameter Implant will utilize the new formed bone depth and push the sinus membrane into the sinus cavity.
For Larger diameter implants
(3.75, 4.0, 4.75,mm Self-Tapping or 3.5, 4.0, 5.0mm Press Fit): Increase the diameter of the osteotomy using the appropriate step and final osteotomes. |
